For those who had spent significant amounts to be present for the return of Chris Metzen the experience in the satellite viewing areas was a serious disappointment. Event layout and crowd management require a serious review. Bringing previous Blizzcon organization teams from the pre covid area to consult may be necessary. A repeat of Blizzcon 2023 will do serious further damage to the event. While early bird passes go on sale today (November 7, 2025, at 9 a.m. PST for $249.99 all-in via Tixr, up to four per account) alongside add-ons like Charity Night ($499.99) and Darkmoon Faire After Hours ($89.99), Blizzard’s announcements emphasize returning staples (Opening Ceremony, panels, esports, Community Night) and enhancements (redesigned store, kiosks, enhanced media center), but offer no explicit fixes for 2023’s operational failures. We hope Microsoft-led Blizzard has addressed these issues to restore pre-acquisition standards; interest surveys will gauge member attendance, with RUIN prepared to host our proven, high-quality meetups at Downtown Disney venues (Grand Californian, Naples Ristorante, Trader Sam’s) including a nighttime Disneyland/California Adventure victory lap.

The Darkmoon Faire is setting up stakes at BlizzCon 2026, casting its spell over Level 2 of the North Hall once more. While every attendee may enter its gates during show hours, the Darkmoon Faire After Hours experience offers a late-night treat for those who wish to extend their stay. This optional add-on grants you entry to an exclusive three-hour event Saturday evening, September 12, to both the Darkmoon Faire and the BlizzCon Store. Also included are 20 Faire Tokens and a collectible credential.The Darkmoon Faire After Hours add-on is available for $89.99 USD all-in, while supplies last. The purchase of a BlizzCon Pass is required to purchase this add-on. All Darkmoon Faire After Hours add-on sales are final, meaning they cannot be resold.
