World Quest Bonus Event

An important World Quest bonus event, granting an additional fifty percent to reputation gain on the Broken isles is live in World of Warcraft. Ruin recommends taking advantage of this event to work on the very important Suramar reputation, which provides a variety of crucial rewards and character progression in Legion. The Bonus Event is available through the Sign of the Emissary quest line starting in Dalaran in front of the Violet Hold Citadel instance. Ruin highly recommends taking advantage of this bonus period!

The Bonus Events system consists of a rotating schedule of different activities, currently scheduled to run each week beginning on Tuesdays. Each Bonus Event grants a passive bonus to a particular game activity and offers a once-per-event quest with a noteworthy reward for accomplishing a related goal. The in-game calendar can serve as your one-stop reference for the event schedule. The Adventure Guide also offers a direct link to active Bonus Events, allowing you to easily accept any associated quests. – Blizzard

Getting the most from the event:

World Quest Bonus Events are the perfect time to work on Suramar reputation. Upon reach level 110 in Legion players gain access to the important Suramar Zone, there an expansive series of quest lines provide background on the Nightfallen elves, cousins of the more familiar Night Elves in Warcraft Lore.

Currently there are two additional holiday events active in World of Warcraft, the Darkmoon Faire, Brewfest and the new World Quest Bonus Event.

• Nightfallen reputation in Suramar is required for Arcway and Court of Stars attunement, as well as quests for Good Suramaritan.
• Dreamweavers reputation in Val’sharah has two tabards at Exalted and is needed for The Sunbloom.
• Court of Farondis reputation in Azsuna is needed for Syriel Crescentfall’s Notes: Ravenguard and Vainglorious Draught.
• Wardens reputation (all zones) is needed for Boon of the Bloodhunter; this reputation is slower to acquire since there are no story quests.
• Valarjar reputation in Stormheim is needed for Rod of the Ascended and likely to trigger the first head drop towards Visage of the First Wakener.
• Highmountain reputation in Highmountain is needed to purchase special War Harnesses, totems, and Totem Tote.
